Decent Hotel. Some Issues Exist
noisy air-conditioninglow shower pressure
I encountered some problems . The air-conditioning was quite noisy at night, made sleep difficult. The shower pressure was also very low. I expected better from this class of hotel. These issues need addressing.

Upon arrival, I was charged without clear communication regarding a deposit. My room was not ready until 3 PM, inconvenient (a bit annoying, to be honest). The reception staff seemed inattentive, failing to provide information about breakfast or Wi-Fi.

The breakfast buffet had a huge selection to choose from (I LOVED it!), and the staff were really friendly and always smiling. The hotel looked amazing upon arrival. We were welcomed with refreshments while our room was being prepared during check-in. The hotel had plenty of services on offer for first-timers who had no idea what to do. It was situated along a beautiful beach, and the pool spanned over half the length of the hotel.
I did feel the spa services could have been better. Their products seemed like supermarket purchases.
